A Very Good Evening.....

I've just been to an interesting evening at Northern Film and Media tonight. It was to discuss the Berlin film campus, an event that happens every year. They choose 500 film makers from around the world to do an intense fortnight of film workshops. You can be a Director, Writer, Producer, Actor, anything in the industry, accomodation is paid for and they arrange your transport fees, any hoo the link is there if anyone is interested.

The main highlight of the evening was the speaker, who was Sanford Lieberson, the producer of Jabberwocky, That'll Be The Day, Rita, Sue and Bob Too and if you look on the net a whole host of other movies. He is a funny delightful person and full of info, he may be retired from being a producer but that sparkle is still there when he talks about movies.

Must add, the Berlin campus will be a networking dream.
