True he was mad for letting her go but I wouldn't turn Katie Holmes down either . If it was a choice between the two I'd go for Nicole.
Tom Cruise has done some good parts, I thought maverick in Top Gun was ok, he did an excellent job in The Last Samurai and he was pretty good in Collateral.
With Interview for a Vampire I personally thought Kirsten Dunst's acting stood out the most. Its been a long time since I saw it but I remember thinking at the time she'd done an excellent job considering her age.
