Near the beginning of the movie Back To The Future there’s a scene where they show all of the clocks at Doc's house. If you look closely there is one clock with a little man hanging from the minute hand.

If you look closely in BTTF2, one of the kids on the video game in 2015 is Elijah Wood.
Also, if you look closely in BTTF3, the guy who runs the shooting stall in 1885 in Lyall from Blazing Saddles ("Oh, the camptown ladies sing this song, doo-dah, doo-dah...").

Chloe, this thing has been going around for years and it's pure crap. There's a scene where Ted Danson is talking with his mother about bringing up Mary and you see a figure in the background. This was brought up on Night Owls and other discussions people have had. The figure is not a ghost but a cardboard cutout of Ten Danson in top hat and tails. You see it earlier, I believe in the front credits, where they are moving it.

In Carrie, the slow motion scene at the end of the movie was filmed in reverse to simulate ghostlike movement effects. If watched vigilantly, cars can be seen driving backwards in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
