Now theres a director who knows what he wants music wise, how many directors do you know who after making the movie do their own music, there's not many.
He makes good movies aswell.

Robert RodriguezRobert Rodriguez I think does most of his own music for his movies and he is a very good director.
I do like John Carpenter movies, the Thing and Big Trouble In little China are very good as are a lot of his movies, I think only a couple have not lived up to expectations.
Thats not bad considering how many movies he has made.
