Apparently and this is gross, he was dead for six days before they found him at the station

Thats the problem with big cities, no one wants to know and people see so many drunk and drugged down and outs they just blank themselves and dont get involved. maybe just step over people in their way.
Look at the case a while back where a woman was having a fit in a doorway and a youth decided to urinate and physically abuse her as he thought she was just a down and out druggie. Thats 2008 for you. |

I believe he was found in a building attached to the station, not just in the station itself where commuters would have walked past. |
