The movie also introduces a new vehicle the Batpod.

Seymour Hoffman is supposedly playing the Penguin ????? but I think Jack Black would have looked better, although Seymour Hoffman is a far better actor, so I guess they may have picked the right actor......talk about sitting on the fence

Maybe I'm too fond of the 60's/Tim Burton looks, but Penguin and Joker just don't look quite right to me. Yeah, I'm being traditionalist again

As far as I know there has been no mention of the Penguin or Philip Seymour Hoffman appearing in the new movie.
Over on superherohype.com there is a report on filming scenes with the return of Cillian Murphy as Dr Crane/ the Scarecrow
