Not sure if it was actually a sodomite...
See, when I was a kid, my Mom bought a kid's Bible from some Jehovah's Witnesses doing the door to door thing. It was actually quite good, 'cos it really just told bible stories in a kids-can-understand sort of way, without really trying to press the Jehovah's Witness thing. But the Big daft bearded baddy from Superman II always reminds me of the "sinners" from that book. Exactly the same beard, it's quite uncanny.

Never saw that bible but I get where you're coming from, he was a bit wierd.
