Two new Frankenstein movies

What happens when man violates the laws of God and Science?

Two new Frankenstein movies that's what happens.

Hallmark Entertainment’s Frankenstein and Frankenstein Reborn

Both look V good and by what I've read they're so different, Hallmark say Frankenstein will rouse audiences with something far more profound than fear, sounds interesting and Frankenstein Reborn promises lots of gore, my type of movie.

Hallmark's Frankenstein.

Frankenstein Reborn (2005)

Wouldn't like to bumb into him on a dark night.
Carl B Harrison

I've always had a place in my heart for Frankenstein movies, Mary Shelly knew what she was up to when she wrote it.

As a child I would look foward to the weekends to watch horror movies and my favourite was Frankenstein.

Like most kids at that age I always thought Frankenstein was the monster and not the Dr.

Boris Karloff movies are still my favourite,

even though they are far from the original interpretation, must admit and I'm not scared to say, I thought Kenneth Branagh's version was fantastic,

don't care what the critics say, it had James Wale elements in it and it was true too the story.... well dont know about the eels, but thought the concept was different and Denero played him with what only he could play him with.

I came out of the cinema and had a euphoric feeling for days, and bought the making book and script, liked it that much.

The Hallmark version looks very much like a version made in the 70s where the monster would shout out Polly Dolly, I remember it to this day, even that was ok, think James Mason was in in, if anyone can concur.

So two more for the vaults , I will definitely watch the Hallmark Entertainment’s Frankenstein, as I'm a big Hallmark fan and want it for my Hallmark collection, the other I will have to see if I can get my hands on it as it does look scary.

Did anyone see it and if you did what did you think of it Question

I was a little bit disappointed, it was very slow, the best thing was the rock star looking monster Luke Goss.

Yes I saw it and thought it was good, I'm a big Hallmark fan and think they always do a good job telling their storys, the locations and scenery were beautiful and most of the performances were good.

Luke Goss is getting better and better as an actor, I liked him in Blade II and have seen him in a couple of other movies but I thought his performance and look was excellent.
Robert DeNiro's Eyes

I am old enough to remember the first time Frankenstein/Dracula were shown on UK tv,late at night with lots of warnings before hand. I was the envy of friends at school for many months as they weren't allowed to see them.

great movies.

Yes, I remember this TV version from when I was a kid. James Mason was Polidori, Michael Sarrazin was the Monster. David Macallum and Jane Seymour were in it too. Don"t remember much more about it, but I do remember running around the schoolyard with a bunch of mates chanting "Polly Dolly! Polly Dolly!" at a teacher and getting in trouble for it.....

Have to agree with Carl, my favourite Frankenstein monster of all time is also Boris Karloff.

Unknown Frankenstein movie.
I once saw a Frankenstein movie when I was about 9 and it frightened the
S... out of me, the monster had a white skull face and he ate meat all the time, he really scared me as a child.
Carl B Harrison

Is this the Frankenstein movie you are talking about Question
